We are grateful once again this year to St Mary’s Church for letting us install our Christmas lights in the churchyard. Councillors Jeff Belton and Tom Grundy and myself hung the ten strands of lights in the trees between the gates and the church on 2 December, and they will now provide some festive cheer for the community until the end of the Christmas and New Year holidays.
All of your Community Councillors, together with Susanne Allcroft our Community Agent, and myself wish every resident of the Minera council ward and their friends and families a happy, peaceful and healthy Christmas and New Year.
